Communities In Schools® provides services and resources through community partnerships to ensure a comprehensive case-management approach to meet the needs of students.

Communities In Schools® works within the public school system to help students stay in school and graduate. Site Coordinators establish a relationship with the student to determine the barriers students are facing that are preventing them from succeeding in school.
